Sorters/Laborers will be stationed under cover from the weather working on a picking station; their main responsbility is sorting through inert materials gathering wood, metal, and plastics for recycling.

Additional duties include:

• Performing a variety of manual tasks around the yard, facility, scrap house, MRF's
• Assist loading and unloading trucks
• Operating a variety of tools and machines
• Keeping up the general maintenance of the yard
• Directing traffic

Qualifications:

• Good communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment but also independently
• Must be able to pass a drug test/physical
• Experience in a heavy labor position preferred
